Graham Hawryluk is a business strategist and AI solutions architect focused on helping construction, infrastructure, and public-sector organizations apply artificial intelligence in practical ways that support revenue growth, efficiency, and better decision-making.

With a background spanning telecommunications, construction, engineering, and large-scale capital projects, Graham brings a grounded understanding of how real businesses operate under regulatory, procurement, and operational constraints. He has spent years working alongside contractors, utilities, municipalities, and Indigenous organizations, helping leadership teams navigate complexity, improve decision-making, and execute growth strategies that actually stick.

Graham’s work today sits at the intersection of business strategy and applied AI. Rather than leading with tools or hype, he helps organizations identify where AI can meaningfully improve efficiency, reduce cost, and support better decisions without introducing unnecessary risk. His focus is on sequencing, governance, and integration, ensuring AI initiatives align with how teams already work and can scale over time.

He currently partners with Alpha, a Vancouver Island–based IT and AI solutions company, where he supports clients through executive-level discovery, AI readiness, and the design of tailored AI solutions across construction, development, and public-sector environments. Graham is known for translating complex technology into clear, business-relevant insights that resonate with owners, operators, and decision-makers.
